Robertson Cooper is a team of workplace wellbeing specialists passionate about creating Good Days at Work for everyone, everywhere. Mental health and wellbeing are complex, but by listening to people and applying our scientific knowledge, we support and guide organisations to create more Good Days at Work for all.

The Good Day at Work platform is our starting point in understanding wellbeing in your organisation but is also where you can gain insights into your own wellbeing. By registering below, you can access the questionnaire(s) your employer has invited you to complete. They are all grounded in decades of research, and where relevant, we’ll use what you tell us to guide your employer in being able to create more Good Days at Work.

Robertson Cooper is an independent organisation, specialising in workplace wellbeing. Our mission is to create more good days at work and we work with companies of all sizes to measure and improve the wellbeing of their employees.

Yes, it is. Only you have access to your personalised feedback reports, unless you choose to share them with someone like a colleague or friend. Robertson Cooper are Occupational Psychologists and are bound by a professional code of practice, of which employee confidentiality is a core part. In practice, this means that we won’t share your individual results with anyone in a way that identifies you.
